Got $$ back from the exchange
Bought washer & Dryer but was told they would not hook it up
Very disappointed! I would give no stars if I could. I was going to purchase a philosophy perfume, lotion set, and when I got to the register the cashier said the item was not for sale until later this month!?? A manager was called to check on it, and I waited and waited. Finally I told the cashier if they forgot about me? He called the manager again, and when she finally showed up, she said the same thing. She said it's a new product and it's not for sale yet. That is untrue....I have seen it being sold at Sephora and Dillards. I thought I would buy it from here instead, but that didn't happen. Why would you put something out on the shelf if it's not available to sell?? I guess I'll won't be supporting our local BX anymore!
Went to Lowe's who have the same price & will hook up & deliver for free.
Although it doesn't have the selection of one of the big stores like Walmart of Target, it is impressive for being so much smaller. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable.
Excellent condition and facilities.
